Claire Kowalchik has a diverse and extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Claire started their career as an Editor at Rodale Inc. in 1985 and held various editorial roles until 2000. During their time at Rodale Inc., they developed and launched custom health and wellness publications for clients, such as Pfizer, ConvaTec, Astra-Zeneca, and Curves International. Claire also served as the Executive Editor for Custom Publishing and won several awards for editorial excellence.

In 2007, Kowalchik joined Curves International as the Editorial Director, where they developed and directed a monthly digital healthy-lifestyle magazine. Claire hired and supervised a freelance team and collaborated with them to generate engaging content. Claire remained in this role until 2014.

After their tenure at Curves International, Kowalchik pursued freelance opportunities as a Writer and Editor. Claire wrote and edited articles for websites, as well as newsletters to drive traffic.
