Craig Underwood, CTS has extensive work experience dating back to 1999. Craig started their career as an Audio Engineer/Editor at Creative Sound Studios, LLC and then moved on to work as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Communication Systems, Inc. In 2004, they became an Adjunct Instructor in Audio & Music Production at Lebanon Valley College. Since 2005, Craig has been working at Moravian University, where they initially served as the Director of AV Engineering. In 2015, they took on the additional role of Adjunct Instructor of Music, teaching various courses related to audio recording and independent projects.

Craig Underwood, CTS holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Recording Technology with a minor in Physics from Lebanon Valley College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained various certifications such as Q-SYS Level 1 Certification from QSC in February 2023, Dante Certification Levels 1 to 3 from Audinate in 2021 and 2022, Crestron Master Technology Architect - Commercial certification from Crestron Electronics in May 2021, SDVoE Design Partner Certification from SDVoE Alliance in 2020, and several other certifications related to audio-visual technology and design obtained from various institutions throughout 2011 to 2019. Additionally, they hold the Certified Technology Specialist certification from AVIXA, obtained in November 2007.
