Scott Dams has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of education and enrollment. Scott started their career as the Director of Admissions at Kaplan College - Thompson Institute in 1998 and held this position until 2005. Scott then moved on to Kaplan University as the Director of Campus Based Programs from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they joined Capital Partners as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from 2006 to 2012. Scott then transitioned to Kaplan Higher Education as the Vice President of Admissions from 2012 to 2014. Scott Dams continued their career at Moravian University, where they held various roles including Executive Director of Admission from 2014 to 2016, Dean of Graduate and Adult Enrollment from 2016 to 2019, and currently serves as the Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing from 2019 onwards.

Scott Dams attended Temple University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In 2013, they enrolled in Kaplan University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
