Marta Boza MacIas

Marta Boza Macias is an experienced professional with a strong background in production and demand planning. Currently serving as the Production Planning Manager at MORCHEM since January 2017, Marta oversees production needs and demand management. Prior experience includes roles as Demand Planning Manager and Demand Planning Assistant at FLAMAGAS, where responsibilities encompassed short, medium, and long-term production planning and monthly demand control for both national and export markets. Additionally, Marta worked as a Production Engineer at Nidec Motor Corporation, focusing on production system analysis and planning, and as an Organization and Quality Technician at INCASÒL, where contributions included implementing SAP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
