John Madding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John recently joined MORE Realty as the Director of Operations and also serves as the Principal Real Estate Broker. Prior to this, they were the President of Madding Homes and the Principal Broker at RE/MAX Neighbors.

John has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Premiere Property Group, LLC for four years. Before pursuing a career in real estate, they held leadership roles in the soccer industry, including CEO and Technical Director at the Oregon Youth Soccer Association and Technical Director at the Portland Youth Soccer Association. John also served as the Director of Operations at the Colorado Storm Soccer Club and the Technical Director at the New Mexico Youth Soccer Association.

With their expertise in both real estate and youth sports, John brings a unique perspective and a successful track record to their current role at MORE Realty.

John Madding has a background in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Kansas. John obtained several additional certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®, including the Graduate - Realtor Institute (GRI) in August 2019, the Seller Representative Specialist in October 2018, the Accredited Buyers Representative in January 2018, and the e-PRO in January 2018.
