Emily Klingler

Emily Klingler has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in human resources. Emily has worked as a Human Resources Director for MoreFlavor! since April 2022, where they collaborate with senior leadership to align HR approaches with business objectives. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager from January 2018 to April 2022, providing support to employees and maintaining payroll functions. From August 2015 to January 2018, they served as a Human Resources Specialist/Office Manager, performing benefits administration and assisting in talent acquisition. Emily also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant from August 2014 to July 2015. Additionally, they have interned at Little Green Pickle as a Public Relations and Social Media Intern. Emily also held roles as a Resident Assistant and Tour Guide at the University of Portland from August 2011 to May 2012. Finally, they served as the Residence Hall Association President from August 2010 to May 2011 at the University of Portland.

Emily Klingler received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland in 2012. In 2017, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
