Kinya Harte has a diverse background in marketing, communications, and public relations. Kinya is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at the Morehead-Cain Foundation. Prior to this role, they served as a Member of the Forbes Communications Council, an exclusive organization for senior-level PR and communications executives.

Kinya has also held positions at the Lymphoma Research Foundation, where they served as the Director of Communications and Marketing and Associate Director of Communications. In these roles, they led marketing and communications efforts, managed teams, and developed and implemented strategies to raise public awareness of lymphoma. Kinya also oversaw the organization's digital communications platforms and launched advertising and promotion campaigns on social media.

At the Bowery Residents' Committee, Kinya served as the Director of Communications, where they developed and implemented a communications strategy to engage diverse audiences. Kinya was responsible for creating and distributing content through various platforms, including the organization's website, social media, newsletters, and press releases.

Earlier in their career, Kinya founded and served as the Editor-in-Chief of EXUDE Magazine, managing a team of professionals and establishing relationships with beauty and fashion vendors. Kinya also worked as a Fashion Writer for Yahoo! Contributor Network, writing style and beauty guides for women. Additionally, they had experience at the League of Voluntary Hospitals and Homes of NY as an Assistant Administrator and at Redken as a Fashion Week Backstage Blogger.

Kinya's experience also includes a marketing and promotions internship at Townsquare Media. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and expertise in branding, public relations, and digital marketing.

Kinya Harte holds a Certificate in Fundraising from New York University, obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Journalism & Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations at Kent State University. They also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University at Buffalo.

In addition to their formal education, Kinya Harte has obtained certifications in Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate from Meta in December 2021 and Creating a Communications Strategy from LinkedIn in July 2021.
