John Watson, Jr. is an accomplished Economic Development Consultant with a diverse background in economic development and management. Currently serving at SENIOR MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC since April 2024, Watson also holds the position of Region 5 Vice President for the Morehouse College National Alumni Association since February 2017. Previously, Watson was the Director of Economic Development for the Village of South Holland from January 2009 to July 2023, where responsibilities included attracting new businesses and supporting existing ones. Watson's extensive experience includes serving as VP of Operations for the National Sales Network from December 1994 to December 2014. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude, Department Honors) from Morehouse College and additional studies at the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute and the University of Illinois at Chicago CUPPA.
