Camilya Robertson has a diverse work experience in strategic leadership, grant management, and financial analysis. Camilya started their career at Emory University as a Financial Analyst, specializing in departmental grant awards. Camilya then moved on to Morehouse School of Medicine, where they served as a Grants Manager, overseeing federal and sponsored awards. Later, they joined Morehouse College as the Director of the Office of Title III, focusing on operational excellence, strategy development, compliance, and program management. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning at Morehouse College, where they are responsible for driving strategic initiatives, change management strategies, and financial forecasting.
Camilya Robertson has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from DeVry University. Camilya also has a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Troy University Atlanta. In addition, they are a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2023.
