Justin Jones

Justin Jones has had a diverse range of experiences in various educational and entrepreneurial roles. Justin started their career at Uncommon Schools as a Humanities Teacher from December 2015 to June 2017. Justin then worked as a College Counselor at Democracy Prep Public Schools from July 2017 to June 2019 and later joined DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) as College Counselor from July 2020 to July 2021, also serving as an AP Seminar Teacher from July 2019 to July 2020. In 2021, they began working at Morehouse College, first as the Assistant Director of Online Orientation and Student Engagement from July 2021 to July 2023, and later as the Morehouse Center for Excellence in Education Program Manager starting in October 2021. In 2022, they founded Ontic Solutions and joined Village Micro Fund as a Principal Researcher & Education Facilitator in March 2022. Justin became a HBCUvc Fellow at HBCUvc in February 2023 and an Atentern at Atento Capital from May 2023 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Morehouse Online Student Success at Morehouse College.

Justin Jones has attended Teachers College, Columbia University and Morehouse College, although the specific dates or degree programs are not provided. In addition, they have obtained certification in GoingVC Venture Capital Training from Atento Capital in 2023.
