Taro Gold

Taro Gold is a versatile contributor, editor, and writer currently working at Morehouse College, where contributions include a publication edited by Dean Lawrence Carter Sr. Taro Gold co-authored the international bestseller "Happiness Becomes You" with Tina Turner, recognized as one of Amazon's best nonfiction books of the year, and has experience as an advisor for the Emmy-nominated HBO documentary "TINA." As an executive producer, Taro Gold led the award-winning short film "MASARU" and the documentary "OUT In The Line-Up," contributing to efforts promoting acceptance of diverse communities. Taro Gold co-founded the cybersecurity firm Averon and held significant roles at Microsoft and Virgin Music, demonstrating a diverse career in writing, music, and technology, as well as being an angel investor in IronPort Systems. Taro Gold holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors from Soka University and has academic experience at Universidad de Salamanca and UCLA.
