Greg Killilea Cebs

Senior Vice President, Voluntary Benefits at Moreton & Company

Greg Killilea, CEBS began their work experience in 1993 at MetLife, where they served as an Account Consultant. Greg remained in this role until 2002. In the same year, they joined Moreton & Company as the Senior Vice President, Voluntary Benefits. Greg's role at Moreton focused on their comprehensive delivery model, backed by advanced technology, which aimed to enhance employee engagement and retention. More recently, in 2019, they became a member of the Board of Directors for the Pacific NW Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS).

Greg Killilea, CEBS completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics from Ithaca College between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they attended North Andover High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Group Benefits Associate certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in October 2012. Greg then earned the Compensation Management Specialist certification from the same institutions in May 2013. Furthermore, in September 2013, they achieved the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently, in August 2022, Greg became an ISCEBS Gold Member U.S. 2023 through the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
