Jennipher Rosecrans

Jennipher Rosecrans is Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of MBC, where she brings two decades of experience in Federal Government IT and program and data management. Her role in MBC focuses on providing fiscal management and procedural oversight to ensure accountability and growth.

Prior to joining MBC in 2009, Jenn served as a Senior Program Manager in the Federal Group at KPMG/BearingPoint. In that role, she developed and implemented a wide variety of strategic and data-based initiatives, as well as provided executive oversight for the company’s business capture, program management, and resource development.

Jenn has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.A. from Arizona State University. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP, 2003), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, 2016), and is certified in Human Institutional Capacity Development (HICD, 2014).
