Adam Mestres has held the position of County Manager at the Morgan County Board of Commissioners since April 2017, following a tenure as County Administrator at the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners from May 2011 to April 2017. Adam obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Augusta State University in 2010, building upon a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government earned at the same institution in 2008.
