Carey Dahncke

Carey Dahncke serves as the Associate Vice President and Executive Director of the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL) at the University of Indianapolis, focusing on educational improvement and collaboration throughout the region. Dahncke is also a Board Member for the Indiana Chapter of the Fulbright Association, promoting international education. As Principal Consultant at Smokey Row Consulting Services, Dahncke provides management consulting in the education sector and has experience as a Deputy Sheriff with the Morgan County Sheriff's Office. Dahncke previously held significant roles including Head of Schools at Christel House Schools and Principal at both Christel House Academy and Indianapolis Public Schools. Dahncke has extensive teaching experience, including a Fulbright Exchange Teacher position in the UK and holds multiple degrees, including an Ed.D. from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.B.A. from American College London.
