Jerry Clay has over 17 years of experience in maintenance and operations, currently serving as Maintenance Manager and previously as Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at Morgan Foods, Inc. since June 2006. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting hydrostatic and rotary sterlizers, ensuring preventive maintenance is performed, and overseeing machinery repairs. Prior roles included Area Supervisor and Mechanical Maintenance with expertise in machinery startup, inspections, and chemical testing.
