Head Of IT at Morgan Hunt, Ltd.

Sam Porter has a diverse work experience in the IT field. In 2011, they started working as an ICT Technician at Greensward Academy. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Service Desk Technician at Bluefin. Sam then joined Eversholt Rail Group as an IT Support Technician from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Sam became an IT Manager at World Energy Council until 2018. After that, they held multiple positions at IPS Group, starting as an IT Manager from 2018 to 2021 and then being promoted to the role of Head of IT until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of IT at Morgan Hunt, starting in 2022.

Sam Porter attended Greensward Academy from 2006 to 2011. It is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time. In terms of additional certifications, Sam obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in March 2016. Sam also earned the SDI Qualified Service Desk Manager certification from The Service Desk Institute (SDI) in January 2016. Prior to that, Sam obtained the CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA in an unspecified year. In February 2014, they earned the Prince 2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
