Ahmed Barakat

Ahmed Barakat, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Section Head at HCPC-CLOROX JV, overseeing HR operations including recruitment, training, and staff performance management since May 2022. In addition, Ahmed is a Human Resources Instructor for the SHRM and The Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management at Morgan International since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Specialist at Barminco, where Ahmed contributed to HR operations and corporate restructuring, and an academic position as a Lecturer at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Earlier positions include Application Support at Raya, Bank Teller at HSBC Commercial Banking, and System Engineer in the Ministry of Construction Industry. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from Al-Azhar University, completed in 2004.
