James Pflanz

James Pflanz is a seasoned Corporate Solicitor with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and securities law, currently advising businesses at JWP Legal Services since September 2010. In addition to legal practice, James serves as an instructor at Simon Fraser University and BCIT, where courses focus on Business Law and the Legal Aspects of International Trade, respectively. James has also taught legal concepts at Morgan International for CPA exam preparation. Previous roles include Corporate Solicitor at Robertson Neil, LLP, Sole Practitioner at James Pflanz, Barrister & Solicitor, and Associate Lawyer at Lindsay Kenney and Lyons Hamilton. James Pflanz holds an LLB from Dalhousie University, a Diploma in Guidance Studies from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
