Ruba Batarseh

Ruba Batarseh, CIA, currently serves as a Risk and Compliance Manager at MetLife since September 2019 and as a Certified Internal Audit Instructor at both KPMG Jordan and Morgan International from April 2023 and May 2022, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Internal Audit and Compliance at Delta Insurance Jo from June 2011 to September 2019, where Ruba successfully established the Compliance Department and implemented policies and procedures in alignment with Insurance Commission Regulations. Ruba holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from The University of Jordan, awarded in 2011, and completed Tawjihi with a scientific focus at Latin Patriarchate Schools in 2006.
