Jake J.

Jake J. has a strong background in revenue management and operations. Jake started their career at Randstad North America in 1991 and held various roles, including assistant credit manager, credit and collections manager, and billing manager. During their time at Randstad, they were responsible for billing, collection, credit, cash application, and customer service. Jake also played a key role in setting up a shared service center in Atlanta that consolidated all accounting functions in North America. In 2002, they joined Bingham McCutchen as the Director of Revenue, where they were in charge of business intake, client setup, billing, collections, engagement management, cash application, and credit analysis. Jake also led a process improvement and transition team that consolidated revenue support, billing, collections, and cash application to a shared service center.

Jake J. attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts from 1982 to 1987. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English.
