Tabitha Bennett is a seasoned attorney currently serving as the Director of Premises Presuit Operations at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where responsibilities involve leading a national team to ensure superior client representation from the outset of cases. Prior to this role, Tabitha managed operations in premises pre-suit at the same firm and was a solo practitioner specializing in civil litigation at The Law Offices of Tabitha E. Bennett, Esq. Experience includes representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice claims as an Associate Attorney at Abigail Williams & Associates, and a background in contracts compliance management and legal research.
