Jonathan Allen

Jonathan Allen currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Morgan Murphy Media since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Partner at Rini O'Neil, PC from 2004 to December 2023, where responsibilities included counseling clients in the communications industry on legal and regulatory matters and representing clients in federal appeals court and proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission. Jonathan's earlier experience includes positions as an Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and Rini, Coran & Lancellotta, P.C., alongside work as a Contract Associate or Law Clerk focusing on antitrust and telecommunications issues. Jonathan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
