Janet Bawcom

Janet Bawcom currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at CesiumAstro, a role held since October 2024. Prior to this, Janet was the General Counsel at Filtration Group from November 2021 to December 2023. Janet's extensive experience includes a tenure at Ingredion Incorporated, where responsibilities as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer encompassed overseeing all legal, regulatory, and public affairs for the Fortune 500 company. Additionally, Janet spent over 20 years at Dell Technologies in various senior legal roles, focusing on corporate, securities, and finance matters, and leading significant mergers and acquisitions. Janet holds a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.
