Judith Guillermo

Judith Guillermo is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in management and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Morgan Philips Group since January 2019, Judith plays a critical role in redefining talent solutions through innovative approaches. Prior to this, Judith held the position of Operations Manager at Hudson from June 2007 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing team assistants and providing performance reports. Judith's career began at Britannia IT Training Ltd and ProLife IT Technologies, where skills in customer service and administration were honed. Judith holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Brunel University and has developed a strong educational foundation through previous studies in English, Business Studies, and Sociology.
