Patty Yang

Patty Yang currently serves as the Managing Director of the Taiwan Office at Morgan Philips Group since March 2016, contributing to innovative solutions in headhunting, recruitment, and talent consulting. With a career spanning over two decades, Patty has held various leadership roles within Morgan Philips Greater China, including General Manager and Consulting Director for the Taiwan Office, as well as Practice Manager for Industrial & Life Science. Prior to this, Patty operated as the Proprietor of La Cocina Mediterranean Cafe and served in multiple capacities at Manpower, including Account Manager and Regional Product Analyst. Patty holds a Master of Science in Product Management from RPI Lally School of Management and a diploma in Computer Information Systems from UC Berkeley Extension.
