Raymond Ler

Raymond Ler is a highly experienced recruitment professional specializing in the technology sector within Southeast Asia. Currently serving as the Manager for Technology at Morgan Philips Group since August 2023, Raymond focuses on mid to senior-level positions, contributing to the innovative changes in the talent consulting business. Prior to this role, Raymond held multiple positions at Hays from July 2018 to June 2023, achieving several accolades, including top biller recognitions and being part of the FY22 Team of the Year. Earlier experience includes a Learning and Development internship at DBS Bank, a Public Relations Assistant internship at Food News Public Relations, and an Administrative Assistant role at Crawford & Company.
