Morgan McGarvey

Morgan McGarvey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in public service and law. Currently serving as a State Senator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky since December 2012, Morgan has also held the position of Senior Associate at Morgan & Pottinger, P.S.C. Prior experience includes serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2008 to 2010 and working as a Litigation Associate at Frost Brown Todd from 2007 to 2008. Morgan McGarvey earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, completing studies in 2007.
