Audrey Synakowski

Audrey Synakowski, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Morgan Properties since December 2022. Prior to this role, Audrey held various positions at Genesee Regional Bank, including Vice President and Human Resources Manager, as well as HR Generalist and HR Assistant, from May 2013 to November 2022. Audrey's career began at Chili's, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager and Bartender/Server/Trainer from September 2005 to May 2013. Audrey holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe Community College and furthered education at Nazareth University.
