Curt Gray

Curt Gray is currently a Strategic Advisor at Morgan Samuels, and has over 37 years of experience in Human Resources. Curt began their career in 1983 as the Director of Human Resources at Boeing. Curt then spent 18 years at BAE Systems, Inc., where they served as the Senior Vice President of HR&A. In this role, they were responsible for talent acquisition, strategic planning, and leadership development for a global company with 55,000 employees across 5 countries. Curt has also coached five CEOs through their transitions, and has extensive experience with acquisitions and divestitures.
