Alan B. Hartzell

Alan B. Hartzell serves as the General Manager at Morgan Services, a leading textile company with over 130 years of experience. Under Hartzell's leadership, the Morgan plant has achieved multiple recognitions, including Plant of the Year in 2023 and an unprecedented six consecutive years of this award from 2010 to 2015. Hartzell has also overseen the service department, which has received accolades as Department of the Year multiple times, achieving a record five consecutive years of recognition from 2010 to 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Superintendent at MasterBrand Cabinets and Plant Manager at Smurfit Stone Container Corporation. Hartzell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Franklin University and has participated in the TRSA Executive Management Institute.
