Peter Koumas

Peter Koumas is an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor currently leading the Commercial team for the Energy sector on the Penrhos Substation Rebuild Contract at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure since January 2025. Previously, from January 2001 to January 2025, Peter held several positions at Morgan Sindall, primarily focusing on various contracts including the AMP7 contract for the Welsh Water Capital Delivery Alliance, managing projects with values ranging from £500k to £12m. Additional roles included overseeing the EAC Substation contract in the North West region, managing multiple projects within Utilities and Infrastructure, and leading a team on the AX4 contract, which involved significant repair and maintenance works with a combined turnover exceeding £70m annually. Peter also managed the Waste Water section of the AX4 contract and began a career working on the NMSO3 (AMP3) contract for United Utilities.
