Richard Dobbs

Richard Dobbs is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Director at Morgan Sindall since December 2014, Richard has previously held key positions including Pre-Construction Manager, Bid Manager, and Framework Manager across notable companies such as GF Tomlinson Building Ltd, Wates Construction, and Miller Construction Company. Richard began a career rooted in quantity surveying with roles at Birch Construction and GF Tomlinson, progressing to senior management positions over more than two decades. Richard holds a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management from the University of Derby, completed in 1999.
