Samir started their career at Thames Water as a Contracts Planner, where they focused on planning contracts for utility work and managing logistics for live teams. Samir then moved on to Skanska UK, where they served as a PFI Planning Team Leader, responsible for producing performance reports, monitoring progress, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
