Steve Ridout

Steve Ridout currently serves as the Head of Design Management at Morgan Sindall, a position held since August 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing Design Management Strategy, Compliance, and Improvement at the Cardiff office. In this role, Steve is significantly involved in developing a model school offer in Wales, aiming to create an efficient and adaptable solution for local authorities aligned with Welsh Government aspirations. Additionally, Steve leads BIM implementation for the Central Region and has previously contributed to education delivery in South Wales through the SEWSCAP framework. Prior experience includes design management roles at Carillion from September 2010 to August 2015 and at BAM Construct UK from October 2008 to September 2010.
