Robert Huggins

Robert Huggins has extensive experience in the rail industry, currently serving as the Head of Design for Engineering Management at Network Rail since September 2008. Prior roles at Network Rail included Senior Programme Manager for Design Delivery in the North West & Scotland Region, Signalling Design Group Manager, and Project Manager for the Signalling Design Group. Huggins also managed the LNW South S&C design as a Design Scheme Project Manager. Prior to Network Rail, Huggins worked as a Signalling Design Engineer at Carillion and as an Assistant Signalling Design Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Education includes a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from North East Worcestershire College, completed from 2001 to 2005.
