Stuart Parker

Stuart Parker is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Managing Director for Construction Scotland at Morgan Sindall since March 2015, after previously holding the position of Business Development Director. In addition to this role, Stuart has been an ILG Member and Chair of the Procurement Working Group for Construction Scotland since June 2021. Prior to joining Morgan Sindall, Stuart held the position of Business Development Director and Associate Director for Morgan Sindall Professional Services from January 2009 to March 2015, overseeing operations for the Scottish branch and handling business development and project delivery with P&L accountability. Stuart's earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Director at Odin Consulting Engineers from 2006 to 2009 and as an Engineer at Waterman Structures from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Civil Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University, earned between 2005 and 2007.
