Andy Walser

Andy Walser is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in the construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Water and Highways at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since April 2017, Andy leads the people strategy for the Highways business and addresses market challenges, such as skills shortages and client needs. Prior to this role, Andy accumulated significant HR management experience at both Morgan Sindall Construction and AMEC, where duties included the development of HR policies, leadership of HR teams, and implementation of training programs. Notably, achievements include creating an inclusion training program, assisting with BeFair accreditation, and being shortlisted for the Morgan Sindall 'All-stars' awards. Andy holds a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European Studies from Nottingham Trent University.
