Kim Iverson

Kim Iverson currently serves as the Head of People at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, focusing on the people strategy for the Nuclear division since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Human Resources Director for Dover Fueling Solutions, overseeing the UK & EMEA team and leading OPW Fibrelite from May 2022 to September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of People & Culture at Waracle and the Human Resources Director at Teconnex UK. Additionally, Kim worked as an HR Business Consultant at Consortia Services, an HR & Training Manager at Orona Group, and an HR/Recruitment Manager at Hunters estate agents. Kim's foundational education was attained at St Georges in Suffolk.
