Claire Alexander

Claire Alexander currently serves as the Head of Organisational Development at Harding+ since September 2025. Claire has a strong background in talent management and development across various sectors, including leadership and change management, having held positions such as Talent Director at Johnston Press and Global Talent and Development Manager at Edwards. A notable tenure at Orange spanned from 1994 to 2007, where responsibilities included delivering training to 13,000 employees and implementing leadership programs. Claire holds an MA in Leadership and Change from the University of the West of England.
