Charlotte Paxton

Charlotte Paxton is an experienced professional in project management and business development, currently serving as Interim Change Project Manager at Morgan Sindall Property Services since January 2018, focusing on IT business change enablement. As Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director at The Hyelm Group since September 2013, Charlotte provides strategic direction in a voluntary role supporting affordable housing for young people in London. Previously, Charlotte led the Project Management Office at Optivo from May 2009 to August 2017, overseeing strategic projects and managing the merger of Viridian Housing and AmicusHorizon.
