Bill Leisen

Bill Leisen has extensive experience in market data services and engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Market Data Services at Morgan Stanley since December 2009, Bill oversees the support and upgrade of market data applications and infrastructure, managing a team of technical professionals and handling staffing, budgeting, project planning, and vendor management. Previously, Bill held the role of Project Manager/Engineer at Morgan Stanley, assessing and supporting desktop applications for 25,000 Wealth Management associates. Prior to that, Bill worked at Citi as an Assistant Vice President - Sr. Engineer, integrating hardware and applications across a large workstation environment, and at Salomon Smith Barney in various system support roles. Bill began a career at ADP, initially as a Senior Account Executive before advancing to District Manager. Bill holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
