Brian Lappin is an experienced professional in electronic trading risk management, currently serving as the Americas Head of Electronic Trading Risk at Morgan Stanley since March 2010. Lappin's role involves mentoring a team of technologists and product/risk managers, defining product vision and strategy for electronic trading, and utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance solutions and prioritization. Previous positions include Vice President at PwC, where Lappin advised Financial Services clients, and Director of Client Services at Adobe, responsible for customer success and retention. Lappin's career began as a Software Developer at Tetra Tech and Sapient Global Markets, focusing on software development for financial services. Lappin holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a BSE in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
