Dana Erdfarb

Dana Erdfarb is an experienced professional in benefits management and strategy, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Benefits for the Americas at Morgan Stanley since November 2015. Prior roles at Morgan Stanley include Executive Director of Benefits Strategy and Vice President of Benefits Planning and Management. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Dana worked at Towers Watson from June 2009 to October 2015 as a Consultant and Senior Analyst in Health and Group Benefits, following a brief internship at Lehman Brothers in the Investment Management Division and an internship at Deloitte & Touche LLP in securitization transactions. Dana holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a B.A. in Economics, graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University.
