Kaitlyn Dickerson

Kaitlyn Dickerson currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley since April 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn held multiple HR leadership roles at GE from 2010 to 2023, including HR Leader for Internal Audit and Organization and Talent Development Leader for Finance, where responsibilities included strategic talent management and organizational development across various financial functions. Additionally, Kaitlyn worked as an HR Business Partner across GE Digital and GE Capital, focusing on human capital strategies and workforce planning during significant organizational restructurings. The career began in financial management through GE’s entry-level programs, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Michigan State University.
