Kartik Papatla

Kartik Papatla is a finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance and capital markets. Currently serving as Vice President in ABS Structuring and Whole Loan Trading at Morgan Stanley since 2025, Kartik has previously held key roles at Affirm in Capital Markets (2022-2025) and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in CLO Structuring (2018-2021). Kartik began a career in finance after a stint as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School (2017-2018) and a Summer Analyst position at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (2017). Kartik also served as a Teaching Fellow in Applied Mathematics at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (2016-2017). Kartik holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics in Economics with a secondary concentration in Music from Harvard University, where graduation occurred in 2018.
