Laurel Durkay

Laurel Durkay, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Global Listed Real Assets at Morgan Stanley, focusing on global and US portfolio management and investment in Listed Real Estate securities since December 2020. Prior to this role, Laurel was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Cohen & Steers from July 2007 to December 2020, overseeing portfolios for Global and US REITs and leading analyst coverage for various real estate sectors. Earlier experience includes positions as a Financial Management Associate at Citigroup and Analyst at Arthur Andersen. Laurel earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from Tulane University, graduating in 2001.
