Michael Borut

Michael Borut is the Executive Director and Head of Retail Syndicate at Morgan Stanley, where they have worked since 1998. With over 25 years of capital markets experience, Michael has specialized in underwriting and trading fixed income securities, particularly preferred stock and $25 par securities. Prior to Morgan Stanley, they served as Vice President at Dean Witter Reynolds Inc., where they led structured note trading and money market trading and origination. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
