Monique Jean

Monique Jean is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in wealth management and consumer protection. Currently serving as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Monique oversees Wealth Management Advisory Legal and leads U.S. Banking and Lending Consumer Protection efforts. Prior to this role, Monique was the Managing Director and General Counsel at Strategic Compliance Partners and the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at FirstKey, where significant compliance programs for residential and commercial lending were developed. Earlier in the career, Monique served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, providing legal counsel on residential mortgage products and regulatory compliance. Monique holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Iona University.
