Neeraj Swar

Neeraj Swar has over two decades of experience in human resources, primarily with Morgan Stanley since July 2007, where Neeraj currently serves as Executive Director & Head of Products in Human Capital Management, overseeing Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, Payroll, and International Services. Neeraj also holds the position of Executive Director & Head of HR Business Partners for Morgan Stanley India, managing HR functions for various business segments. Previously, Neeraj was Vice President & Head of Talent Acquisition, leading recruitment efforts across India and Asia. Early career experience includes a managerial role in HR at Citigroup Global Services from 1997 to 2007. Neeraj holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from NMIMS, completed between 1998 and 2001.
